Ordered 2 bikes only got 1

I ordered 2 M3s on November 27th and received only 1 on December the 9th which was great and expected the second bike to arrive shortly after…It is now December the 25th and still never received my second bike..I have been chatting with customer service and promised me I would get my bike. Even sent me a new tracking number and I checked it with FedEx and was supposed to be delivered by the 24th Christmas Eve….Never received it checked again with Fed Ex and looks like it’s still in Chino California….I did buy 2 bikes

This is my second NCM bike that I have purchased. The first bike was a NCM Prague. Loved it. I just sold it after riding it 4 years. I put on 1860 miles. No problems. I just purchased the NCM M3 Moscow. I really like it.
Both bike arrived quickly. Thanks again. Great bike for me!
