This was a very nice purchase. The motor for my Milano plus came laced into a rim. The repair was no more trouble than changing a flat tire. The price was very reasonable and was fast delivery. I have over 2,000 miles of heavy lifting on this bike and although I would have liked the motor to last longer then repair was reasonable.
These wheel / motors are great, when you can get them. They were not available for a long time (more than a year). In the meantime, I overpaid for one from a shop in Canada, (Amego); but was glad to see them again on the NCM Bike site.
Fortunately, I have workarounds because I have 3 Moscow Plus bikes; at least one is working all the time.

I ordered a replacement Das Kit wheel. It arrived quickly. It’s installed and working fine.
