Ordered on FEB 10th..Bike arrived on March 3ed.. just as I was leaving for Canada for a few days
My son a bike repair man by trade,, unboxed it and assembled it while I was away
He took a bunch of pictures, I have them on my phone
of damage that was done in shipping. the battery came loose from the bike and scratch it and the bicycle
and, a pin of some kind that holds the battery- was loose in the box,

other than that the bike was fine

I have got back to FL. and tried it out 3 times ,, about 25 miles so far.
and compared to my Moscow Plus bike I dislike the way the motor works
I seem to keep it in 5th(power setting) all the time and have to pedal harder to keep the speed at 15mph
and use the hand throttle,
compared to Moscow in 4th of 6 settings , and light pedaling for same performance.
Is there some way of reprograming it so it uses the constant power settings?
the TORQUE SENSOR Pedal Assist? is it causing the sensation ? Can it be removed>?

This is my first e-bike I purchased for my wife as a Christmas present. It came about 80% assembled and easy to read instructions. When I had a problem, I called the customer service line and they were very helpful. I have ridden the bike 4 times and it handles very well. It has a good amount of power for what we need in our 50's. Other than that, a Great experience and I may get a bike for myself.
